We built North Star Partners because the people doing the most important work in our communities are carrying more than any one person was designed to hold. Leaders who care deeply. Dr. Jay's experience, research, and practice inside mission-driven organizations, and Nehemie's human-centered clinical expertise working with leaders, adults, and young people. Together, we work at both levels because the work requires both.
