North Star Partners is a leadership development and organizational wellness firm built for community-serving nonprofits navigating the gap between what they stand for and how they are operating under pressure. We work with mission-driven organizations to close the gap between their stated values and how they operate under pressure. By strengthening leadership at both the organizational and the individual lane simultaneously, NSP helps leaders act with integrity, build cultures that can sustain the work, and develop the internal capacity to lead well over the long term.

How We Work
Every engagement begins with listening. We get to know your organization, your leaders, and the pressures shaping how you operate before we ever propose a path forward. Dr. Jay leads Lane 1, working with executive directors, boards, and leadership teams on organizational culture, values alignment, and strategic integrity under pressure. Nehemie leads Lane 2, working through executive coaching, leadership coaching, team wellness sessions, and clinical support that builds the internal human capacity for change to hold.
Both lanes activate together because lasting change needs both.
